Our pasture-raised ham contains just pastured pork, water, sea salt, and 2% or less celery juice powder. No added sugars, no fillers, no artificial anything. If clean ingredients matter to you, our heritage pork bacon is held to the same standard.
Instead of sodium nitrate, we cure with celery juice powder and sea salt as a natural curing agent. Clean curing, no shortcuts.
Natural smoking gives this ham its deep, savory flavor. We use a traditional smoking process with no liquid smoke or artificial flavoring. What you taste is the pork.
