When will my order be delivered?
We deliver orders on a weekly basis, and you’ll be given an estimated delivery date prior to confirming your order. Orders can arrive in as early as 2 days depending upon your order date.
What if I'm not home for my delivery?
No problem. We'll leave your order at the front door in an insulated box. Once you get home, please unpack your items as soon as you can.
How should I expect my order to arrive?
Your order ships frozen and carefully packaged in an insulated box with dry ice so food stays frozen even if you’re not home when we deliver.
What if my order arrives thawed?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we’ll make it right. If anything in your order arrives warm, or isn't at least refrigerator cold to the touch, contact our support team with your order number and a photo. Visit our Returns & Refund Policy for more details.
Is there a Home Delivery order minimum?
Yes, every order has a $175 minimum, wherever we deliver. That way, there's enough product in your box to keep a safe shipping temperature.

Where does Seven Sons deliver?
We deliver across the continental US. We don't deliver to Hawaii or Alaska.
Who will deliver my order?
Orders within our regular service area are delivered by a trusted local courier. Orders outside our regional service area will be shipped via UPS.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time that your order is packed for delivery. You may notice a slightly lower or higher final order total as some adjustments may be necessary for any items priced by the pound.
Can I recycle my packaging?
Our Indiana and Chicago area customers can return 100% of clean packaging from their most recent order to us for recycling and reuse. Compact your packaging into one Seven Sons box and simply leave your return box out for the driver to pick up upon your next delivery. If you live outside of Indiana or Chicago, we’re not able to accommodate package returns at this time.
