5 Step Safe Delivery Process

  1. Meat items are vacuumed sealed in BPA-free plastic for safe transit and storage.
  2. We use heavily insulated boxes designed to withstand hot summer temperatures.
  3. Each box includes a vapor liner to reduce airflow and ensure insulation remains dry.
  4. Eggs are packed with extra protection so they arrive safe and uncracked.
  5. In case of unexpected shipping delays, we've got you covered with enough dry ice to keep your items at a safe temperature for an extra 24 hours.

When will my order be delivered?

We deliver orders on a weekly basis and you will be given an estimated delivery date prior to confirming your order. Orders can arrive in as early as 2 days depending upon your order date.

What if I'm not home for my delivery?

No problem. We'll leave your order at the front door in an insulated box. Once you do arrive home we just ask that you would unpack your items as soon as you are able.

How should I expect my order to arrive?

Ingredients are shipped frozen and carefully packaged in an insulated box with dry ice so food stays frozen even if you’re not home when we deliver.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will vary depending on your location. Please Note:  All orders of $149 or more qualify for Free Home Delivery.

Where does Seven Sons deliver?

We deliver all across the USA, except for Hawaii and Alaska.

Who will deliver my order?

Orders within our regular service area are delivered by a trusted local courier. Orders outside our regional service area will be shipped via Fedex.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged at the time that your order is packed for delivery. You many notice a slightly lower or higher final order total as some adjustments may be necessary for any items priced by the pound.

Can I recycle my packaging?

UPDATE: Given the current COVID-19 pandemic we are not accepting packaging for recycling. We hope to offer the program outlined below in the future. Our Indiana / Chicago area customers are able to return 100% of your clean packaging to us for recycling and reuse. Carefully rinse out and compact your packaging from at least two or more deliveries and pack into one Seven Sons box. Simply leave your return box out for the driver to pick up upon your next delivery. If you live outside of Indiana we are not able to accommodate package returns at this time.

Payment is required before delivery

We accept all major credit/debit cards as our sole payment method. At the time of placing your first order you will be prompted to add a credit card to your account. Once finalized, your order's total will be charged to your card on file and your receipt will be emailed.

Short stock items

Please understand that Seven Sons is a small farm not a large warehouse. If an item becomes unavailable your final total as well as any applicable delivery fees will be adjusted.
