When will my order be delivered?
We deliver to Kentucky on a weekly basis and you will be given a delivery date prior to confirming your order. Orders can arrive as early as 2 days depending upon your order date.
What if I'm not home?
No problem. We'll leave your grass-fed meat order at the front door in an insulated box. Once you do arrive home we just ask that you would unpack your items as soon as you are able.
How should I expect my order to arrive?
Your grass fed beef is shipped frozen and carefully packaged in an insulated box with dry ice direct from our family farm so food stays frozen even if you’re not home when we deliver.
Is there a Home Delivery order minimum?
Yes, there is a $75 order minimum to ensure we have enough product in your box to maintain a safe shipping temperature. Please Note: All orders of $159 or more qualify for Free Home Delivery.

Who will deliver my order?
Orders for customers living in Northern Kentucky area are delivered by a trusted local courier. Orders elsewhere in Kentucky will be shipped via UPS.
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is packed for delivery. You many notice a slightly lower or higher final order total as some adjustments may be necessary for products like roasts that are priced by the pound.

Do you offer Bulk Meat Buying?
Yes, we do. You can choose from larger multi-packs of steaks, burgers and roasts, everyday value bundles, and you can even stock up with an 1/8 or 1/4 Beef Box (seasonally available).
