Gift Box FAQs
Q: I want to ship my gift directly to the gift recipient. Where do I put my gift recipient's name and delivery address?
A: Please add your gift recipient's first and last name under the contact information section, and add their address under Recipient Address in the Delivery section.
Q: How do I change my "estimated delivered by" date at checkout?
A: The default date is the next soonest delivered by date to your gift recipient's address. But you can change the estimated delivery by date by clicking on the Delivery section and selecting an alternative date in the drop-down menu.
Q: How do I send gift boxes to multiple addresses?
A: If you have multiple people to whom you'd like to send a Seven Sons Farm Gift Box, you would place each order separately so that our system would know when and where to send each box.
Q: Do you notify my gift recipient that a Seven Sons Gift Box is coming?
A: Yes, if you add your gift recipient's email address on the Contact page during checkout we'll let them know that you're sending them a gift. NOTE:You, the buyer, will still receive all tracking information to keep you up-to-date on when your Gift Box is packed, picked up for delivery, and shipped to your gift recipient's address.
Q: When will my Seven Sons Farm Gift Box be delivered?
A: You will choose the week that your Gift Box arrives during checkout.
Q: How will my Seven Sons Gift Box come packaged?
A: All products come packed in a premium Gift Box lined with butcher paper and include a card from the Seven Sons. During transport, your box will be contained in a larger box and kept frozen with dry ice.
Q: Are Gift Boxes part of the Subscribe & Save Program?
A: Gift Boxes are NOT eligible for our popular Subscribe & Save program
Q: Can I send a custom Gift Box?
A: We are currently not set up to offer custom gift boxes.
Q: Do you offer Gift Cards?
A: Yes, we do. You can select your gift cards and finalize a purchase by clicking here.
Q: Do you have a Corporate Gifting Program?
