We feature our King Cut Filet Mignon which is simply the ONE best cut, the most highly graded piece of beef out of the entire beef tenderloin. We also feature some Bone-in selections like the HUGE Classic T-bone or Cowboy Ribeye. Some of these steaks weigh in at over 1 pound.
