Our Premium Reserveâ„¢ steaks are like those you'd find in the best steakhouse in Chicago, New York City, Miami or Vegas.
We feature our King Cut Filet Mignon which is simply the ONE best cut, the most highly graded piece of beef out of the entire beef tenderloin. We also feature some Bone-in selections like the Smoked Pork Chop or Cowboy Ribeye. Some of these cuts weigh in at over 1 pound.
There's so much more to this collection than steaks, including our farm's custom Gourmet Ground Beef blend, Pork and Beef Filets and Wild Caught Fish directly from Alaska.
