We hold our fishing partners to the same standards we set for our farm: wild-caught only, responsibly sourced, and nothing added. Our sockeye salmon is hand-fileted in Bristol Bay, Alaska, and flash-frozen for rich flavor and firm texture. Our yellowfin ahi tuna. Atlantic cod from Iceland and our wild-caught sea scallops are both MSC-certified for verified sustainable harvesting.
