When will my order be delivered?
We deliver orders on a weekly basis and you will be given an estimated delivery date prior to confirming your order. Orders can arrive in as early as 2 days depending upon your order date.
What if I'm not home for my delivery?
No problem. We'll leave your order at the front door in an insulated box. Once you do arrive home we just ask that you would unpack your items as soon as you are able.
How should I expect my order to arrive?
Ingredients are shipped frozen and carefully packaged in an insulated box with dry ice so food stays frozen even if you’re not home when we deliver.
Is there a Home Delivery order minimum?
Yes, there is a $99, $125, or $175 order minimum, as outlined on the map and graph above to ensure we have enough product in your box to maintain a safe shipping temperature.

We deliver all across the USA, except for Hawaii and Alaska
Who will deliver my order?
Orders within our regular service area are delivered by a trusted local courier. Orders outside our regional service area will be shipped via UPS.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time that your order is packed for delivery. You many notice a slightly lower or higher final order total as some adjustments may be necessary for any items priced by the pound.
Can I recycle my packaging?
Our Indiana / Chicago area customers are able to return 100% of clean packaging from their most recent order only to us for recycling and reuse. Compact your packaging into one Seven Sons box and simply leave your return box out for the driver to pick up upon your next delivery. If you live outside of Indiana / Chicago we are not able to accommodate package returns at this time.
