Are your hams smoked or ready-to-eat?
Yes! Both of our Heritage pork hams are smoked. Our Smoked Ham Roast is fully cooked and ready to reheat and serve. Our Boneless Holiday Ham is smoked to perfection and should be warmed in the oven before serving for that classic holiday presentation.
How do I prepare my turkey or ham for the holidays?

Your turkeys are shipped frozen in insulated boxes with plenty of dry ice. This keeps everything cold for at least an extra 24 hours beyond the expected delivery time. Are your animals pasture-raised and antibiotic-free?
Yes! Our Heritage pork hams come from hogs raised humanely on regenerative pastures, where they forage naturally and live in low-stress environments. Our turkeys are pasture-raised by our partner farm, Joe's Farm in Michigan. None of our animals receive growth promotants, antibiotics, hormones, or GMOs.
