  • (2) Cream Cheese
  • (2) Sweet Pepper Beef Jerky
  • (2) Organic Green Onions
  • (2) tsp of Frontier Organic Herby Seasoning
  • (1) tbs of Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Preparation:

Leave the cream cheese out on the counter for 1 hour before preparation for it to soften.  Next use a

medium sized work bowl and add the cream cheese, 1 package of the SSF Sweet Pepper Beef Jerky

finely chopped, green onion tops finely diced, 2 tsp of the Herby seasoning, and 1 tbs of the

Worcestershire sauce and mix all ingredients together until well incorporated.  Use a small wok bowl

lined with plastic wrap and add cheese ball mixture to that bowl and chill for 1 hour in the freezer.

Remove the cheese ball from the freezer and lift out of the small bowl by the plastic wrap and turn

upside down on serving plate, and remove the plastic wrap.  Next finely chop up the second package of

the SSF Beef Jerky and apply to the outside of the cheese ball.

Add your favorite crackers to the serving plate and enjoy!

This Cajun rigatoni is inspired by a dish my husband and I discovered at one of our favorite local restaurants—a go-to spot for date nights. Recreating it at home brings back those cozy evenings out, turning a favorite restaurant memory into a flavorful, shareable meal.
