Cottage Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
Cottage Bacon is cut from the Pork Shoulder, its larger in size, has a rich fatty taste, and the meat portion of it tastes very rich, much like the red ham from around the bone. We love it, and we think you will love it too. Check out this recipe for a wonderful way to enjoy this delicious cut of meat.

  • (1) Cottage Bacon
  • (2) Large Eggs
  • (2 - slices) Raw Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • (1) Croissant (sliced)




Step 1 - Cook the bacon in a skillet or bake in the oven until the desired doneness is achieved

Step 2 - Cook the two eggs over easy, leaving the yolk just slightly under cooked

Step 3 - Put the cooked bacon into the skillet, place the eggs on top, then place your two slices of cheese and allow them to melt

Step 4 - Use a spatula to scoop the bacon, eggs, and cheese from the pan and place onto a freshly sliced croissant.


Serve and enjoy!
