Q: I have more than 10 Gift Boxes to send. What's the process?

A: Simply hit the Get started button above to submit your gifting request. This will put you in contact with our team to start the process of capturing which boxes you want to send to whom.

Q: I want to ship my gift directly to the gift recipient. Where do I put my gift recipient's name and delivery address?

A: If ordering fewer than 10 gifts, you'll place each gift order separately here, adding your gift recipient's first and last name under the contact information section, and replace your address in the delivery details section.

If order 10 or more gift boxes, we will share a form with you to collect all the relevant shipping details for each gift recipient.

Q: Do you notify my gift recipient that a Seven Sons Gift Box is coming?

A: Seven Sons Farm does not directly contact your gift recipient; however, we will send you, the buyer, all tracking information and keep you up-to-date on when your Gift Box is packed, picked up for delivery, and shipped to your gift recipient's address.

Q: When will my Seven Sons Farm Gift Box be delivered?

A: If placing fewer than 10 gift box orders you will choose the week that your Gift Box arrives during checkout. For orders of 10+ we handle everything at your request and will deliver the week you specify. NOTE: Please allow two weeks of lead time after order submission for delivery of Gift Box orders of 50 or more.

Q: How will my Seven Sons Gift Box come packaged?

A: All products come packed in a premium Gift Box lined with butcher paper and a free Seven Sons potholder. During transport, your box will be contained in a larger box and kept frozen with dry ice.

Q: Can I send a custom Gift Box?

A: We are not set up to offer custom gift boxes at this time.

Q: Do you offer Gift Cards?

A: Yes, we do. You can select your gift cards and finalize a purchase by clicking here.
