When will my order arrive?
We deliver grass-fed beef to Chicago weekly, and you’ll be given a shipping date prior to confirming your order. Orders can arrive as early as 2 days, depending upon your order date.
Do I have to be at home?
No, you do not need to be at home when we deliver. We'll just leave your grass-fed meat order at the front door in an insulated box. We do ask that once you arrive home, you unpack your items as soon as possible.
How is the meat packaged for delivery?
Your grass-fed, free-range beef products are shipped frozen and carefully packaged in an insulated box with dry ice direct from our family farm, so food stays frozen even if you’re not home when we deliver.
Is there a Home Delivery order minimum?
Yes, there is a $99 order minimum to ensure we have enough product in your box to maintain a safe shipping temperature. Please Note: All orders of $159 or more qualify for Free Home Delivery.
How does Subscribe & Save work?

Who will deliver my order?
Our high-quality grass-fed meats will be shipped directly to your door via UPS Ground or our local courier partner CTL.
When will my card be charged?
Your method of payment will be charged at the time that your order is packed. You may notice a slightly higher or lower final order total as some adjustments may be necessary for any items priced by the lbs.
Can I recycle my packaging?
Yes, our delivery courier will accept the packaging from your most recent order. Please have it set out on the delivery day for your newest order.

Do you offer bulk meat buying?
Oh, yes! You can get grass-fed ground beef and discount mini-bundles of steaks, burgers, and roasts. And you can even stock up with an 1/8 Beef Box all year. Lastly, we offer 20 and 40 packs of ground beef and 1/4 Beef Boxes seasonally, too.
