Returns
Because we sell perishable food, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of everything we ship.
Refunds & Replacements — When They Apply
If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right — either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement — in the following cases:
• The wrong item was shipped
• An item arrived damaged or with a broken seal
• A product arrived warm or outside safe temperature range
• An item was missing from your order
• You’re otherwise unsatisfied due to a quality or safety concern
Time Window for Claims
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We understand that some products are used over time, so this extended window ensures you can still reach out if an issue is noticed later.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To start a claim:
1. Email us at [support@sevensons.net] (or use our contact form) within 30 days of receipt.
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
3. We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Conditions Not Covered
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
• Orders older than 30 days from delivery
• Products that were stored improperly after delivery
• Change-of-mind or taste-preference issues
• Orders not placed directly through our official website
