Our Story
In the late 1990s, farmers Lee & Beth Hitzfield along with their seven sons embarked on a journey to start a regenerative pasture-based farm founded on a commitment of transparency and trust.
When you visit the farm today you will witness over 550 acres of restored soils supporting the beating hearts of hundreds of animals - all thriving outdoors migrating the landscape the way their Creator intended.

We raise ruminant and non-ruminant animals on our 550-acre farm in Roanoke, IN.
We serve 14,000+ customers nationwide with home delivery of our products.
We conduct onsite fulfillment of over 40,000 orders per year for our customers.
We supply our private branded eggs to 100+ midwest grocery stores.
We provide our home-grown website platform to over 400 farms known as GrazeCart.com.
We provide poultry equipment to farmers via our sister company HenGear.com.
