1/2 cup water - 1/4 cup oil - 2 eggs
HEAT oven to 375 degrees.
MIX oil, water, eggs & your favorite fruit or veggie puree (optional).
ADD muffin mix to the liquid ingredients and mix together.
SPOON mixture into greased muffin tins or muffin liners.
FILL each cup approximately 2/3 full.
BAKE for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
