Step 1 – Cut the wing tip off, and then separate the drum and wing by cutting apart at the joint
Step 2 – Place cut up wings in a bowl and add seasonings for the rub / marinade and toss wings
Step 3 – Put wings into a plastic bag and seal. Let wings marinate for 1 - 2 hours, or as long as overnight
Step 4 – Dump the wings onto an oven safe tray
Step 5 - Place wings into the smoker or oven and cook for 1.5 - 2 hours until they have reached the doneness of your liking. Internal temperature should be at least 160 degrees
Place cooked wings onto a platter or plate, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
