Smoked Chicken Wings
You will definitely score the winning touchdown with your guests if you serve these wings at your Super Bowl party! Whether served plain, or with your favorite dipping sauce, you definitely can't go wrong with this recipe!

Step 1 – Cut the wing tip off, and then separate the drum and wing by cutting apart at the joint

Step 2 – Place cut up wings in a bowl and add seasonings for the rub / marinade and toss wings

Step 3 – Put wings into a plastic bag and seal.  Let wings marinate for 1 - 2 hours, or as long as overnight 

Step 4 – Dump the wings onto an oven safe tray

Step 5 - Place wings into the smoker or oven and cook for 1.5 - 2 hours until they have reached the doneness of your liking.  Internal temperature should be at least 160 degrees

Place cooked wings onto a platter or plate, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
