If package needs thawed, place in hot water for 10 minutes. Place links in frying pan with 1/4" of water.
Cover pan with lid, set temperature to medium/high and cook for 5 minutes. The water added to pan will produce steam to help quickly bring brats up to temperature without without burning.
Remove brats from pan once they reach 135 to 140° internal temperature Use kitchen scissors to quickly cut links into 1/4 thick pieces. Place in bowl and add 3/4 cup of Local Folks Apple Butta' BBQ Sauce. Enjoy!
