Apple BBQ Smoked Brats In 5 Minutes (Only 2 Ingredients Needed)

This recipe is great when you're in need of a quick lunch option or a convenient potluck dish. Our Smoked Beef & Pork Brats come already cooked so you can have this dish heated and prepared in just a few minutes. Each bite burst with rich smokey flavor!

 Step 1

If package needs thawed, place in hot water for 10 minutes. Place links in frying pan with 1/4" of water. 

Step 2

Cover pan with lid, set temperature to medium/high and cook for 5 minutes. The water added to pan will produce steam to help quickly bring brats up to temperature without without burning. 

 Step 3

Remove brats from pan once they reach 135 to 140° internal temperature  Use kitchen scissors to quickly cut links into 1/4 thick pieces. Place in bowl and add 3/4 cup of Local Folks Apple Butta' BBQ Sauce. Enjoy!
