Mozzarella Cheese

Legend has it that Mozzarella cheese was invented by accident when cheese curds fell into a bucket of hot water, near Naples, Italy. Mozzarella was originally made from the milk of water buffaloes, but Organic Valley Mozzarella is made from farm fresh organic milk from pastured cows on our family farms. Mozzarella is known for its "stretchy" quality but you won't find it a stretch to recognize the wonderful organic taste.

Storage and Handling: Freshness is assured in unopened package until the date stamped on the back of the package. Use within 3-5 days after opening or freeze up to 2 months.
