We are proud to offer you delicious Halibut freshly caught from our buddies over at Cannon Foods. They use sustainable long-line harvesting to bring the fish to you directly from the waters of British Columbia and Alaska. Our partners rely on the International Pacific Halibut Commission to manage their catch volumes via a quota system.
Cannon Foods harvests the fish from March through November. They only keep the best of the best that we eventually deliver to your door. Because of the lean quality of the Halibut, we suggest that you grill or saute the fish. You can also deep-fry it with french fries on the side (fish and chips). No matter how you choose to cook it the meat will make your taste buds sing.
