Ingredients
- (2 patties) Beef Patties
- (3 - 4 slices) Pork Bacon (12oz)
- (2 slices) Raw Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- (1) Organic Romaine Lettuce Leaf
- (1 slice) Organic Red Onion
- (1 slice) Organic Heirloom Tomato
- (3 slices) Claussen Kosher Dill Pickles
- (1 tbs) Natural Ketchup
- (1 tbs) Stone-Ground Express Mustard
- (1 tsp) Real Salt
- (1 - 1/2 tsp) Bourbon Smoked Pepper
- (1 tsp) Granulated Garlic
- (2) Large Eggs
- (1 tbs) Pasture Gold Butter
Directions

Preparation:
Step 1 - Put ground beef in bowl and add salt, pepper, garlic, and 1 egg and stir to combine. Form burger patty with hands or a burger mold. Place in freezer to set and hold together better on the grill
Step 2 - Slice up onion, tomato, and prepare lettuce for base of burger
Step 3 - Place sugar-free bacon on lined tray, and place into a 375 degree oven for 23 minutes
Step 4 - Clean and oil grill grates, then grill burger and onion
Step 5 - Remove bacon from oven and drain on paper towels
Step 6 - Add butter to fry pan, then add 1 egg and cook sunny side up until white of egg is set
Step 7 - Assemble the burger, starting at the bottom: Lettuce, burger, cheese, bacon, ketchup and mustard, onion, pickles, tomato, and the sunny side up egg
Serve and enjoy!!!
