Ingredients
- Smoked Beef/Pork Bratwurst
- Stone-Ground Express Mustard
- Natural Ketchup

Ingredients:
1 - Package of SSF Pork and Beef Brats
1 - 8 pack of Hot Dog Buns
1 - Large Organic Onion
3 - Organic Sweet Peppers
2 - 3 tbs of Organic / Raw Butter
Ketchup and Mustard to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation:
Step 1 - Slice up the onion and peppers and sauté in the butter until desired doneness is achieved. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2 - Since the brats are pre-cooked from the smoking process, you only need to grill them to warm through, and char them to your own personal liking.
Step 3 - Add some Local Folks Natural Ketchup and Stone Ground Mustard, then top with the sautéed peppers and onions.
Serve with your favorite summer side dish and enjoy!
Chef's Tip: Since the brats are pre-cooked, they do not require a long cooking time. Longer cooking times may cause them to dry out and become tough.
