2 - Romaine lettuce leafs
1 - lb SSF Grass-Fed Ground Beef
2 - Slices of Jarlsberg Swiss Cheese
1 - Pineapple - Cut into rectangles

Preparation:
Step 1 - Season the ground beef and mix to thoroughly combine. Take 2 oz of meat and form into slider burger patties. You should be able to make 8 patties. Chill them until you are ready to grill
Step 2 - Make the BBQ aioli sauce by whisking the BBQ sauce and mayonnaise together, chill until needed. Prepare the lettuce and cheese by cutting into burger size pieces
Step 3 - Grill the burgers until the doneness of your liking. Add Swiss cheese at the end to melt over the top. Grill the pineapple until slightly softened and grill marks are achieved
Step 4 - Cut the rolls in half and assemble the burgers. From the bottom up: Lettuce, burger patty, grilled pineapple, bread and butter pickles, and apply the aioli sauce to the top part of the bun and place on top of the burger
Serve and enjoy!!!
Chef's Tip: If you don't want the sliders to be so tall, you can alternatively grind up the grilled pineapple and the bread and butter pickles into a relish and apply to the top of the burger
