Ingredients
- (1 lb) Filet Mignon Kabobs
- (1 package) Pork Bacon (12oz)
- (3) Organic Bell Peppers
- (1) Organic Red Onion
- (1 lb) Organic Baby Portabella Mushrooms
- (10 tbs) Organic Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- (To taste) Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt
- (To taste) Bourbon Smoked Pepper
- (To taste) Real Salt

Wooden Skewers
Preparation:
Pre-heat the grill for 10 minutes on high before grilling
Step 1 - Slice up the peppers and onions into 1 inch or so squares
Step 2 - Cut the filet chunks into 1 inch squares and season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and
place on skewers
Step 3 - Assemble veggie and mushroom skewers. Season the veggie skewers with olive oil, real salt,
and smoked pepper. Wrap the mushroom skewers with bacon
Step 4 - Grill the kabobs for aprox. 10 - 15 minutes depending on your personal preference on doneness
Service along side or over Rice Pilaf for a complete meal! Enjoy!!!
Pit Master's Tip: Do not combine meat and veggies on the same skewers. The meat and veggies cook at
different rates, so by doing them separately, everything gets cooked properly and to the right doneness
