In this 1 minute video we show you how to make the perfect side dish with our HUSK Sweet Corn. This simple recipe is sure to be a family favorite!
- 2 cups Husk Sweet Corn
- 1 Organic Red Pepper
- 1 Organic Orange Pepper
- 1 tsp of Organic Garlic
- 1 Organic Medium Onion
- 2 tbs of Olive Oil or Butter
- 1 tsp of chili powder (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Start with a dry sauté pan on medium high heat, then add the 2 cups of corn (drained) to the pan and stir the corn around for approximately 8 minutes to caramelize it. Once lightly browned, transfer the corn to a bowl. Then add olive oil to pan, and sauté the onions, peppers, and the garlic until soft, or about 8 minutes on medium high heat. Next add the corn back to the pan, and add the chili powder and stir to incorporate the corn and chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
