Captain Tony's methods of fishing are designed to catch only sustainable resource salmon. As the salmon are caught, the fish are delivered on ice to shore straight from his boat on a daily basis and are at once cleaned and hand-processed by his own processing team. The salmon is then immediately “flash frozen” within hours of coming out of the sea. It doesn't get any fresher than that!
