Online Ordering is simply ordering a specific amount of meat for a specific future pickup date at our farm or buying club near you. The amount of product that is pre-ordered helps us determine the number of animals we need to raise. When you pre-order it helps ensure that enough product will be produced and also keeps us from producing to much. We offer special discounts on product that is pre-ordered!

Estimated Prices & Order Totals:
Please understand that the prices listed on this website are estimated cost only. We do our best to give you an estimated cost of each product ordered. Your exact total will not be known until animals are processed and your order is packaged.
When you pickup your order, please be prepared to make a payment for a little more or less than what we have estimated.

Pickup/Buying Club Location & Date:
During our website checkout routine you will then choose a pickup/buying club location and date for your entire order. If you would like to order products for multiple pickup dates, please place separate orders. Please know that there is not a special membership process to join a buying club, simply place your order and a choose a pickup location.
Don't forget to mark your calendar for your pickup date and time!

If for any reason you are not able to make your exact pickup time, please get in touch with the contact person for your location to request an alternative pickup time (no guarantees but we do our best.)

Fees:
Just one. To help defray our fuel costs, there is a $5 - $25 delivery fee added to each order based on total order weight. The most you would pay for delivery is $30 regardless of order size - a fraction of the cost of having your order shipped.
Delivery fee is not applied to orders picked-up at our farm.

Below is our delivery fee schedule:
1 to 25 lb. -------- $5 fee
25 to 50 lb. ------ $10 fee
50 to 100 lb. ----- $20 fee
100 to 250 lb. --- $30 fee
500 lb. and up --- Free
 

Payment Details:
Full payment will be made at the time of pickup (cash or check strongly encouraged but Visa & Mastercard will be accepted.)

 

Order Cancelations:
If for any reason you need to cancel an order, we ask that you do so at least 4 weeks prior to your delivery date. If an order is not canceled within 4 weeks before delivery, you will be charged 10% of the total value of your order.
Please know that when you place an order we then reserve product just for you. As a small family farm the process of reserving product involves many aspects of our business including production, processing and delivery. Because we do not have a large amount of freezer space, when orders are canceled it can be very difficult to find another buyer and the product sometimes has to be substantially discounted.
