If for any reason you need to cancel an order we ask that you do so at least 4 weeks prior to your delivery date. If an order is not canceled within 4 weeks before delivery, you will be charged 10% of the total value of your order.
Please know that when you place an order we then reserve product just for you. As a small family farm the process of reserving product involves many aspects of our business including production, processing and delivery. We do not have a large amount of freezer space and when orders are canceled it can be very difficult to find another buyer and the product sometimes has to be discounted.
